pandemic is still ongoing, the unexpected PM elevation has potentially profound
implications for the airborne transmission of virus. A new emerging study shows
plausible virus transmission via aerosols in populous areas (21). Meanwhile, an
exposure to high levels of PM can cause adverse effects on the respiratory and
cardiovascular systems and possibly increase the fatality rate of COVID-19
(22). Therefore, future work is urgently needed to establish the causal

THE COVID19
PANDEMIC IS BEING DRIVEN BY WORLD DAM DYNAMICS
My study (0) shows that COVID19
pandemic is driven by worldwide total dam content changes from instant to instant, which induce huge
temperature differentials between Southern and Central China and Northern China(The plains of
Beijing) and elsewhere. See Table WDD below:

Nothing
Unexpected about the PM 2.5 air pollution.
This
dynamic dam induced temperature differential between Wuhan and Beijing,
Guangzhou and Beijing, Beijing to Shanghai enable transfers of PM2.5 aerosols
riding on moist air to the areas of higher temperature, example Wuhan to
Beijing plains and Guangzhou to Beijing and Beijing to Shanghai like they do in India(1, 2,3,4,8). See Fig2 and
Fig. 3 of the article in Science
referred to(2020. Tianho Le et al, Science). Thus there Is nothing unexpected about the air
pollution during lockdown: see the elevated temperatures and differentials
during the period 23 January 2020 to 13 February 2020 compared with the previous
and post periods of this period of study
in China Covid19 Lockdown. That does not mean that outside the COVID19 study
period, there has been no appreciable build up differentials between Wuhan,
Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou PM 2.5 and other parameters. Figure 2 of the
science article (2020 Tianho Le et al.Science) makes this abundantly clear. Of
course it is criminal that regulations of transfers have not even been
attempted to effect prevention of pandemics. On the other hand unacceptable
destructions of biodiversity by killing rivers through dams facilitating
COVID19 and other pandemics, the enormous wastage of coal in transmission losses
and inefficient use of electricity is the norm in modern civilization(5). The
Indian Draft EIA Notification 2020 to
dilute the Environment Protection Act 1986 is another giant step to annul the
good effects of shutdown of modern civilization, instead of bringing in a
survival act in the form of an ECOLOGY ACT 2020 which will make all activities
respect nature as the bottomline(6). The world through the UN General Assembly
should unanimously usher in GLOBAL
ECOLOGY ACT 2020 for stark survival of all life and abiota. Stop the
furtherance of the radiological, biological, chemical contamination of the habitat
and its destruction NOW.

Instead of annulling EIA, the MPs should pass an ECOLOGY ACT 2020 which does not allow any more destruction of the last remnants of our forests and preserve biodiversity and stop the radiological, biological and chemical contamination of the earth. We have not yet stopped the menace that modern civilization presents and we are opening it again in a business as usual manner. The sixth extinction including humans will be complete.

The glistening backwaters of the world's dams and the destruction of basin habitat by dividing into upstream and downstream regions, with the status changing from instant to instant of the biospheric ecological changes created conditions for mutations faster than what modern civilization's specialists can ever handle. God created the tree, infinitely superior to dams and living creatures thrive with the energy giver, the sun creating power flows through the earth's beings, living and non-living. Modern civilization is the origin of this evil of forest destruction and others. In living in this world by his own will and skill, the stupidest peasant or tribesman is more competent than the most intelligent worker or technician or intellectual in a s0ciety of specialists-Wendell Berry,1970, an organic farmer. Mahatma Gandhi: The East can meet the West when the West throws overboard almost the whole of modern civilization. The East can also meet the West when the East embraces Modern Civilization. But that will be an armed truce, bought with say a vaccine by luck. But mutations galore at a time constant much smaller than what the human being can cope with is leading to the man being relegated to the fossil record...

Worldwide dam contents change with the hydrological cycle. Also the dam contents are changed by demand. By end May the dams reach almost the dead storage. So do the cases and deaths reqach a minimum due to COVID19 because COVID19 infections are caused by the rapid change of ecology due to world dam dynamics. Thus the waves are in synchrony with the water demand from the dams. The worldwide demand for water causes earthquakes worldwide. Thus the severity of the waves depends on the severity of the earthquakes caused by the dams. There was no great earthquake during the first wave. But during the second wave which began on March 4 2021, a great 8.1 magnitude dam caused earthquake occurred. The dam content change at this instant caused a pressure change at the center of gravity of the reservoirs of 54500 Everest heights every second for 155 seconds! We must live in health here and now. Thus reach the population via add on war efforts like homeopathy so the spread is prevented. End modern civilization(MK Gandhi).

This article is a big zero because it ignores my work on dams as the principal cause of many catastrophes befalling the wild man and his industrial revolution.
