The open letter is addressed to the earth residents through Mr. Dennis Moraile after the publication of his article in Science claiming a Catch 22 situation in China regarding its Zero COVID 19 Policy. China stopped short of carrying out the policy in full which required also the removal of dams worldwide and ecological reforestation which means restoring the habitat and diversity wherever nature has been devastated. So if the root cause is recognized as being modern civilization and its temples- the dams of the world and deforestation, it need not be a Catch 22 situation.

Let the millions of  blows every minute of the demolishing machine of 2000W per hammer drill be replaced by the silent jhade laava khub khub so the Hoolock Gibbons enjoy their territories to the full!

Ongoing demolition without prior consultation with the affected surrounding buildings is going on adjacent to our society premises. This demolition is on 30 year old buildings whose normal life is 100 years whether near the sea or elsewhere. Our societies in the neighbourhood are also some 35 years old and have and extra 65 years to go. This demolition in the midst of settled communities is forcing us to become contaminated with heavy loud vibrations,dust and uranium phantom radioactive pollution having infinite biological effectiveness, with the high risk of us making the supreme sacrifice for the sake of the premature redevelopment. Our building structures are also being seriously affected. Are they causing the demolition of the surrounding structures as well?

Here is an SOS from us on the matter:

1. Health:

The uranium  dust being released by demolition has phantom radioactivity and has enormous affinity for our DNA and sits on the DNA cells emitting fast electrons with infinite biological effectiveness damaging both our somatic and germline cells and hence induces all types of illnesses. This results in our making the supreme sacrifice because of fatal uranium contamination of the body.

We are not prepared to make this supreme sacrifice for the sake of demolition.

2. Irreparable structural damage to adjacent buildings like our housing society. The blows being delivered by the dropping of the heavy chunks of concrete weighing some 9T or more causes some 100000 m/s/s uplift acceleration on 1 kg of our building foundation for about 0.1 sec. This is a vertical acceleration of 10000gs on 1 kg of the foundation for 0.1 sec. That is why we are constantly subject to sudden jolts lifting the building structure.

Because of their demolition I do not want our buildings to be damaged.

The other serious impact on the foundation is the explosive volume increase of the foundation mass because of 1000 blows per minute delivered by each hammer drill being used-each of some 2000W power. Probably 10 drills are being used simultaneously at 10000 blows per minute for 8 hrs. This may ultimately result in building collapse.

Demolition of RCC structures requires extraordinary safety features because of Uranium dust. 

1.0 Demolishing RCC Structures creates dangerous radioactive contaminants, like the heavy metal Uranium-238(1). The uranium dust so created enters living beings through lungs, skin. Within settled communities where buildings still have a life of 50y or more, the premature demolition of  little used structures of a housing complex creates impossible conditions where the neighbours have nowhere to go. This is because  the uranium which has an atomic weight of 92  has great affinity for the phosphate backbone of our DNA and binds itself to the DNA. The uranium enhances natural background ionising radiation by the 4th power of the ratio of its atomic weight and tissue. This factor is (92/7.5)^4=22642(2). Thus the background ionising radiation which normally has a value of 2490 microsieverts/year is multiplied by 22642 and becomes 56377473 microsieverts/y, more than  4 orders of magnitude fold! That is 56 Sieverts/y at the uranium location. The uranium converts this enhanced photon energy to photoelectrons which are like beta rays causing damage to the cells at infinite biological effectiveness. Uranium is known to cause cancer in animals and genomic damage at very low concentrations.

ECRR 2010 details  the deadly effects of uranium 238 in chapters 6, 9 and 12.

Apply the precautionary principle and stop such demolitions for which we have to make the Supreme sacrifice.

2.0 Structural safety of adjacent buildings adversely affected.

But health of citizens though the primary concern is not  the only disastrous effect. The health of structures of the neighbouring building complexes is also seriously affected. 

The brief research conducted by me below points out the extremely serious nature of the issue.

Demolition of buildings: The forces on adjacent structures

1. Chunk of concrete falling from the roof.

The energy with which the chunk of 4 m^3 fell  was mgh= 4m^3* 2273kg/m^3*9.81 m/s/s* 6*3= 1605465.36 Nm

The impulse force on the pavement lasted 0.1s

This was immediately transmitted to the adjacent building B’s  pile foundation

This would at 2000 Joules/kg/DegK cause a shock temperature input of 

802.73268 deg K in 100 millisecs,

The force was mg= 4m^3 x2273kg/m^3*9.81

Force= 89192.52 N.

The acceleration shock input on 1kg of the foundation was Force/mass 89192.52 m/s/s

Thus the buildings would experience an uplift and this was indeed experienced by us in Building No.1

on 18 Oct 2022 in a similar demolishing situation.

Shear modulus is 1.19*10^10= 11900000000 Pa(Ref 3).

2. Vibrations caused by use of the demolition hammer giving 1000 punches per minute at a maximum input power to the tool of 2000 W per hammer(Ref 5). What is the shock temperature rise developed after 8 hrs in a day at 1 kg of the foundation of hsg society B at 30m mean distance with 10 hammers vibrating simultaneously at the roof of demolition building complex A? Also what is the ratio of the volume of 1 kg of this foundation after the shock input temperature rise compared to that at the commencement of the drilling cum hammering operation?

Force on 1 kg of adj bldg.(B) fndn using hand drills for demolishing houses= 9920000 N

Shear area = Shear Force transmitted to the 1 kg of building of B= Shear Force/Shear Stress= 9920000N/11900000000= 0.000833613 m^2

As before let us assume a cube of length l for the 1 kg foundation.

Shear area =4l.

Thus l = 0.000833613/4= 0.000208403 m.

New length= 12*10^-6*original length*shock input rise in temperature+original length= 0.000580528 m

New Volume of the 1kg foundation= New lenghth^3= 1.95646E-10 m^3.

Original volume of the cube= 0.000208403^3= 9.05137E-12 m^3.

Vibration Vol after shock input temp rise/Vibration  Vol before shock temp rise= 21.61505084

The 1kg of foundation experiences a temperature shock input rise of 148800 Kelvin (See calculations below) . 

The implications of such a temperature rise and increase of volume of 1kg of foundation  in a highly compressed status are profound. 

The foundation may melt and distort where the huge volume increase of 21 fold may lead to an explosion and fire.

3. Computations of shock input temperature rise of 1 kg of foundation of adjacent building.

4. Conclusions.

One should not demolish a building complex which was hardly lived in after a decade or two in the midst of a settled community because of unacceptable health consequences of both the residents and the residential complex.

The landslide brought down a hill, cut off Ejei River. The people of Pongringlong village close to the accident site reportedly heard a loud thundering around 11.30 pm on June 29, 2022, but did not know it was of the hill crashing down in a landslide and blocking the river. it was only early morning on Thursday that they realised that a whole hill (Marangjing) has caved in, cutting off the Ejei river and the under-construction railway track. The method of analysis.

380 flights covered in (1) are examined for normal and abnormal flights.

These flights are subdivided into sets as in Table 1. Each set contains normal and abnormal flights in a time series. Earthquakes(all caused by dams) are used as proxy to determine the world dam content changes. At the location of the airplane, the acceleration of the airplane is determined due to the sudden application of force by the dam content change(Force applied by the dams from their centre of gravity/mass of the airplane at take off). Further the distance from the airplane to the centre of gravity is determined to compute the bending moment that is suddenly applied to the plane by the world’s dams(Force x distance) in Newton-meters or Joules. The energy required to raise the temperature of the airplane by 1 degree Kelvin  is then determined knowing the specific energy of the plane(assumed as 2000J/kg/K). Thus from this data the sudden temperature rise of the plane is estimated as the world dam dynamic water moment hits the plane for a millisecond or five. To get a ballpark estimate of the temperature rise,  Lagos is chosen as the location of the airplane in flight for all the sets. Since the location of the plane within Nigeria is around (Lat 9, Long 9) we can always rework to get at the accurate result. But the final result is not altered by the simplification introduced(Table 2).

The correlation of number of abnormal flights with the world dam dynamics applied shock input temperatures,K, Nigeria 18May 2018 to 3 January 2019 is shown in Fig 1Ch3: 96% of the variations of the abnormal flights are explained by the  square of the 6th degree polynomial correlation, R^2= 0.959, with World Dam Dynamics induced shock input temperatures.

 

World dam dynamics is the common antecedent to many catastrophes in modern civilization. World dam dynamics causes a reaction from the earth leading to a rigid envelope around   the point or line or plane or sphere  at which the dynamics wave  is felt by the earth. When a structure of modern civilization like the plane crosses the envelope, the forces created by world dam dynamics are immediately felt by the structure like the shock input of billions of  degrees kelvin or centigrade, in the case of plane for milliseconds but quite often, resulting in unacceptable states of the plane like engine shut down in flight or regarding the earth in instantaneous changes in ecology or occurrence of geomorphological changes created by 1000 one megaton hydrogen bombs. Note that only 8 percent of climate change is due to GHGs and 92 percent is due to the world’s dams(2).

1. DON’T MISTAKE THE GHGs FOR THE DAMS(10a,12,13,14,15)

Surface temperature of the earth is determined by the world’s dams dynamically and continuously applying forces and bending moments proportional to dam content changes. These result in earthquakes through melting of rocks caused by  sudden temperature inputs of millions of degrees kelvin approximately every 15 minutes give or take two or three minutes. Simultaneously these result in forest fires, cloudbursts, cyclones, extremes of rain, flash floods, landslides, projectiles of rock and ice flying and bursting glaciers and causing movement of earth equivalent to geomorphological changes caused by 1000 one megaton hydrogen bombs. See Figure 16Ch16. The IPCC is mistaking the GHGs for the dams. Katzenberger et al(11) and others without exception have not been able to pinpoint the root cause namely the world’s dams as has been identified here robustly regarding the Indian SW monsoon and its variability using raw data on annual world dam capacity, daily world dam content change and daily rainfall and its AVERAGE DEVIATION from the mean.

2. The Mumbai(Santa Cruz) mean daily rainfall, mm/d is rigidly determined by Annual World Dam Capacity as shown in Figure 6Ch6 and the other figures below. Average deviations from the mean are controlled rigidly by the dam content changes and the annual dam capacities.

 

3. Similarly, the All India AVEDEV of Mean Daily Rainfall during June to September, mm/d is rigidly determined by Annual World Dam Capacity as  shown in Figure 6Ch6 and other figures below:

4. This rigid determination of the characteristics of the daily rain by World Dam Dynamics extends right till how much rain should fall on each day. The world’s total dam content changes for each day determine the daily rain, mm/d. See the figures below. See how as the world dam capacity builds up, the hold on the rain by the dams goes on becoming stronger and stronger until it becomes rigid and unbreakable.

8. The daily rain as recorded by rain gauges is rigidly controlled by the World’s dams. See Fig 9Ch9 for the variation in the daily rain from 1950 to 2020 and the AVERAGE DEVIATION, AVEDEV from the mean for Mumbai(Santa Cruz).

9.  The All India Mean daily rain is increasing with years in tune with world dam capacity in piecewise linear fashion. It is in synchronism with annual sum of daily dam content change from 2006 to 2020(Figure 13Ch13).

10. Method of Analysis

10.1 Earthquake data is used to generate daily world dam content changes(1,2,3,4).

10.2 Rainfall data has been sourced from India Meteorological Department and associated  websites.

WHO and IAEA are complicit in destroying life. This is routine in modern civilization. Thus we all humans must reform to survive. See this quote:
"The point here is that all the organizations that governments depend upon for a scientific consensus argument ultimately interconnect and rely on one risk model: that of the ICRP. The ICRP is not independent of the organizations that it depends upon for its evidence, and they are not independent of it. The system is an internally consistent and epicyclically-maintained fortress of bad science, bias and false conclusions. What of that other UN organization, which might be reasonable expected to have a concern about radiation exposures and health, the World Health Organisation? In 1959 WHO was constrained into an agreement with IAEA which left the IAEA in charge of all research into the health effects of radiation. This agreement is still in force, and covers not only WHO but also FAO. At the 2001 Kiev Conference on the health effects of the Chernobyl accident, the Chair of WHO, Prof H Nakajima stated in a public interview: ‘in the research into the effects of radiation WHO is subservient to IAEA, health is subservient to the atom’. The mandate of IAEA is the development of peaceful uses of the atom, though currently it is more of an international policeman aimed at limiting the spread of nuclear weapons beyond the USA and other current nuclear states. The lack of research into the health effects of the Chernobyl accident has been blamed on the involvement of the IAEA and the emasculation of the WHO (Fernex 2001). The relevant agreement states: . . . it is recognized by the WHO that the IAEA has the primary responsibility for encouraging, assisting and co-ordinating research on, and development and practical application of atomic energy for peaceful uses throughout the world... Whenever either organization proposes to initiate a programme or activity on a subject in which the other organization has or may have a substantial interest, the first party shall consult the other with a view to adjusting the matter by mutual agreement. (Article 1, §§ 2-3, ResWHA 12 - 40, May, 28th, 1959)."

All in India do not die at the same time. Neither all of them fall ill. So create a fund whose costs government should bear. Like a floating sum for health insurance, meet the expenses for the comparatively few who may be hospitalized. What is the percentage of the people of India who are to be hospitalized at the same time?

And in modern civilization can we afford to survive when WHO is compromised by this framework?
