Scenarios for the way forward towards a normal way of life

The consequences of the Fuku radiation catastrophe for all life over all time and all space are not being taken seriously by the people.This is a crime leading to extinction, applying the precautionary principle. Nuclear fuel cycles are not the way to meet our electricity needs. This is because a full energy audit over all time of all materials and people used for the nuclear fuel cycle will reveal that from year to year society will just be using up all the nuclear electricity produced for the nuclear industry itself and more. This more will be forthcoming from coal fired plants and hydros specially built to meet the gargantuan needs of nuclear power(less) programmes. It requires infallible,honest people. But this is impossible. Redesign life so people can live where they work and work where they live. Man in his arrogance that he can be infallible in theory and therefore by induction in practice, similar(sic) to coal fired plant operators created unacceptable blunders- Sellafield, Nuclear Waste explosion in the Urals, perfect mass murders even during normal operation of nuclear fuel cycle,The Three Mile Island crimes, Chernobyl design defect and operation blunders resulting in ongoing enormous unacceptable radiation releases affecting countless generations and criminals getting away with all these, because of the unseen nature of radionuclides, and Fukushima crimes by the concerned nations, and building further such unacceptable monsters. This is complicated by the dams and other artefacts of human interference in nature which turn round and cumulatively destroy themselves and mother earth by inducing earthquakes and climate change. People must do their homework and trust(!) their fellow humble citizens by virture of their own scrutiny of the warnings of fellow human beings and raise a hue and cry. Such honest hard work of seeing truth or otherwise and putting pressure on the fascists alone will work,like bringing down the hypocrisy of the powerless nuke mirage.

May I bring to the notice of people an important fact regarding the dynamics of man's intervention in nature for "progress" by dams to meet the demands of modern civilization, regardless of the consequences to life itself. My work shows that dams are causing surges of sudden stress build up at various points of the earth where man's structures stand like sitting ducks. It may or may not be earthquakes per se or hotspots created by friction in the earth induced by these surges. It is the sudden impulsive dynamics of transfer of the dams' applied forces from the place where an earthquake has just taken place to another point which may be the rock underneath the foundations of nuclear structures! It may be hospital here or a heritage building there or a railway track on which a train is speeding at 300 kilometers an hour or a dam itself! Please check my findings and if you find truth there, bring pressure on the rulers as well as all of you collectively or individually can! Do or die,now!

The central government is happy(do you know why?) spending much much beyond our means even to the extent of the 99% of us forced to eat monocultural poisons(GM foods) and to the extent of the nuclear demons and GM acres defecating their poisons "living" forever in the biosphere. Do you know that in the process the public belonging to any category save the nuclear industry will never get any electricity generated by these infinitely living demons? They were forced out of their villages where modern civilization built its structures of which the father of the nation perspicaciously scientifically and like a man with extraordinary foresight and fortitude stated " Given enough time modern civilization will destroy itself." Know ye that the dynamics of nukes creates tremendous greenhouse gases and submerge themselves in the sea rises permanent! Bad governance is criminally allowing food to rot while the agri minister was busy cricketing. The pds is a miserable affair. Many ration cards are fake. The proper distribution of nutritious food is not taking place. Why cant you centralising officials heed the voice of the Mahatma who advised decentralised storage of food in villages? We refuse to be lab rats for the career advancement of GM specialists. There are enormous numbers of Richharia etc traditional rice varieties which were neglected in favour of the rotten green revolution and now the gms with their seed monopoly and non seed use of the gms? The static gm design is infinitely inferior to the dynamic wild variations. The antibiotics in the GM will make every cell of us sick. When public interest scientists vehemently oppose the vested interest selfishness of a few careerists, it calls for open detailed public scrutiny. GMs are not the way to grow food because it bypasses the farmers experience of millennia for a few static changes by labs which are invasive of neighbours' naturals. And GMs are useless without such dangerous experimentation, that too for an indefinite period. Enough of monopoly falsehoods masquerading as vedavakyas of truth. Change your ugly megalapolis life style to the clean and green village and grow forests for the rest of the lifetime of the biosphere. In a land where for the majority land is their homeland we cannot gift away our lands to the unreliable unsafe untried gms. And what a guzzler of land and pesticides and weedicides they have proven to be to make many a farmer commit khudkushi. Restore our original culture of seed saving, reuse and return.

Your claims are empty and untested on the ground but like nuclear power every gm design can only suggest safety after actual use! Just as any nuke however advanced cannot be tested full scale so with GMs.

Your logic betrays human fallibility. Are not the most advanced design and one off Fuku contradictory? How can Fuku be one off when there are 300 or more reactors of vintage design? If its state of the art it is untested! You cannot test it full scale for say a loss of coolant. And you have just now proved that we are all guinea pigs(including mother earth) for this new design! Nuclears require infallibility in forbidding the propagation of error! And how many hackers are there!And safety? What do you mean excellent? You have neglected the ECRR 2003 regulations for risk which show the ICRP/IAEA regulations you have followed for the most advanced are unscientific models for internal emitters! Your regulations are three orders of magnitude more risky! So it is a Kurt Goedel theorem unsafe! If you assume any small risk, that is sure to be exceeded! Because we do not have divinely perfect automata which assure us of the safety of nukes. That means that even the new ones you are planning are duds! No nukes, never. Shut them down. Thats why god created a nuke safely 150 million kilometers away, the sun which we have been harnessing via living energy. Thus we were able to return all that we took from mother earth in an acceptable fashion. Come modern civilization and all this by force is taken away from us and their ugly contraptions fed the greed of us all! Many, many comments here are dangerous to all life. They must do a bit of rethinking. Why are we short of power, energy? Electricity is being overused(12% of total energy used, instead of some 5%). Putting all our eggs in one basket is typical of our penchant for greed. If we adhere to the strict concept of safety we would change our lifestyles so that we do not waste resources. We are wasting ourselves. And allowing the fascists to rule!Mahatma Gandhi epitomised happy living when he said we should use our enormous endowment of people's power. Only Griddy made a pertinent suggestion here when he called for substitution of machine power by manpower ergonomically and enjoyably used: Use grid tie inverters to feed the electricity we produce by stationary riding of bicycles and turn the energy meters backward. See the power flow in living energy via the sun located 150 million kms away safely! Production by the masses instead of mass production. This is Gita in use when they return all they take to Mother Earth: freedom!

One of the most gracefully powerful films dramatising the enjoyment of human power is De Santis: "Bitter Rice" starring Silvana Mangano. Embrace now a normal civilization based on living energy enjoyment to survive.

The internet uses today a vast amount of electricity and it must be our immediate duty to nullify this for the sake of our own survival. It uses globally an amount varying from 170 GW to 307 GW((Reference 2). The world nuclear electrcity capacity as of 2006 is 376824 MW. By intelligent energy substitution with human power we can supply all the electricity used by the internet.

It is pertinent here to examine the implictions of substitution of nuclear fission/fast breeders with clean electricity generated by living energy use. Consider water requirements of nuclear power plants. The present nuclear power plants of the world(376824 MW as of 2006)) take away 1.5 billion cubic meters of fresh clean drinking water per day depriving almost 2 billion people of daily drinking water and replace them with radioactive water returned to the source. But the 2 billion people have a peak power capacity together of 400000 MW- more than the present nuclear capacity! Recruiting millions more to the venture of substituting nuclear fission power with enjoyable human pedal power we can meet comfortably all of electricity needs this way, practicing energy conservation in the process(required to the extent of at most 5% of our total energy requirements).
