1.0 PRELUDE
Let us first offer a sad prelude and offer
our condolences to the families of the bereaved in the fire on M.V. Conception
on September 2 2019 at around 3:08 AM PDT(10:08 UTC) when it was anchored off
Platts Harbour, a small undeveloped bay on the north shore of Santa Cruz
Island, California, USA. The forces of World Dam Dynamics caused the fire as
can be inferred by application of the precautionary principle, regarding the
unfamiliarity of specialists that modern civilization consists of, regarding
the forces alluded to. See for example my research work at

UTC on 1 Sep 2019 a 6.7 MM magnitude earthquake caused by World Dam Dynamics occurred corresponding
to a worldwide instantaneous dam content change of 0.703 BCM. This caused a vertically downward
force of 6.9E12 N to be applied to the ship.The location of the ship was about 34.086,-119.85.
The distance of the ship from the center of gravity of the world’s dams at
25.7,111.5 was 13098 km. If all the applied energy by the dams were to be
converted to heat input to the ship, it would be equivalent to a shock input
temperature to the ship of 1.25E11 K. If all the applied energy were instead to
be converted to kinetic energy, it would have resulted in a slamming pressure of
144 times the nominal slamming pressure of 250 million newtons per sq.m. It
would be plausible for some combination of heat energy and kinetic energy input
could have resulted because of world dam dynamics: The 6.7 magnitude earthquake
occurred with the following parameters:

seconds world dam dynamics passed from the 2.2 MM earthquake at latitude 58.16 deg North
to a 6.7 magnitude strong earthquake in the Fiji Region at a latitude of
-20.43, passing the ship’s location on the way at roughly 34.06826 -119.8502. It was a fleeting moment for which the
transient force and energy was applied to the ship. But possibly damaging the
ship significantly that some 18 hours later at 10:08 hrs on September 2, 2019,
a force corresponding to a 3.5 MM earthquake which corresponded to a shock
input temperature of a million degrees Celsius was enough(applying the
precautionary principle) even for a fleeting moment to make the ship catch fire
into an inferno:

from Conception was at 10:07 UTC on 2 September
2019. At 10:08:07 an earthquake caused by dams of 3.5 MM moment magnitude occurred and the World Dam Dynamics caused a
force to be applied to the MV Conception which caused a shock heat energy input
equivalent to a shock input temperature rise of the ship of more than a million
degrees C:

No wonder the last
report from the ship was at 10:07 UTC on 2 Sep 2019.
This same World Dam
Dynamics, by direct heating up of the earth, is causing the large temperature
rise of the earth resulting in climate change. May the leaders of the world set
