On a 1 cubic metre block of sea floor, dam content changes exert shock bending moments which when converted to Shock input temperature rise can be of the order of tens of billions of degrees centigrade and the shock can form a rigid pillar kilometres high at the point of the sea floor(Figure 1). Thus the shock is instantly transmitted to this rigid pillar. Deep inland at the same latitude the water moment exerted by the dam content changes creates a higher shock input temperature on the earth. This tends to drive the higher pressure vortex of the cyclone towards the land. However, at a point on the sea floor further down, the next dam content change occurring later will cause another high temperature shock input making the cyclone to move further down but also controlled by a higher temperature shock input deep inland.

This article is a big zero because it ignores my work on dams as the principal cause of many catastrophes befalling the wild man and his industrial revolution.
