Pujhar, a member of Paharia Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group, heard a loud thud around 4 PM on Sunday and screams of passengers crying for help. He, along with two other locals, broke open the trolleys and rescued the eight people who were seriously injured.
"I heard a loud thud. The ropeway was shaking violently and the passengers were screaming. I rushed to the direction of the sound. I found panic-stricken people, including two girls, screaming inside the trolleys," he told PTI.
One of the trolleys had hit a rock on the ground, while the other was hanging six feet above the surface. The rescuers used a chair to reach the stuck passengers and then broke open the cable cars to rescue the trapped people.

At around 10:30hrs UTC and 11 hrs UTC on 10 April 2022 the Ropeway was hit by a torque of 1.275E+17 Nm and an acceleration of 780000 gs for a brief period of time to cause the collision of the cars. The tower base received a shock temperature input of 115900 K. The freely hanging cars then collided killing people and seriously injuring some. The nightmare is due to World Dam Dynamics(WDD) which is a common antecedent to many catastrophes of modern civilization including air crashes, nuclear reactor core melts, hurricanes, cyclones, making the pacific ocean radioactive and climate change by direct heating up of the earth instantaneously and not so impulsively to cause movement of the earth equivalent to that caused by 1000 one megaton hydrogen bombs. Comparison with the Darjeeling Ropeway and Gulmarg Ropeway catastrophes:

The comparison between the catastrophes at Darjeeling Ropeway, the Gulmarg Gondola and the Trikut Ropeway shows the same ballpark of the catastrophe regarding the applying WDD Force and the rope snapping or the cars jumping off the ropes and crashing.
Solution: Not found within modern civilization, a society of specialists. But in a normal civilization where nature is the bottom line, the solution is the enjoyment of living energy via the sun through the living and other beings.
