Excellent essay on the investigative team-work to be
undertaken, giving the various outlines of the investigation. Because they are
not divinely perfect automata, there may be omissions and commissions. In risk
analysis, there is an allergy among the specialists to take inputs selectively
out of many that are published. This is happening in all endeavours and efforts
of modern civilization, a society of specialists. In between the
specialisations, there would be vast gaps which are only filled by studies

Such media which only publish trash and ignore considered despecialised studies on modern civilization are not newspapers. After the inquiry on the helicopter crash involving the CDS the full and unabridged inquiry report must be thrown open to the public for a thorough debate, including the rest of the world. This is because the court of inquiry do not constitute divinely perfect automata. Thus the reference falls within the purview of citizens, whether technically trained or not.
