1.0 The Report on the Shiru Castle Fire In Naha, Okinawa in Wikipedia on 31 October 2019

“2019 fire[edit]

On the morning of 31 October 2019 JST, a large fire broke out and burned down Seiden, the main hall of the castle, and also Hokuden and Nanden, adjacent buildings to the north and south.[2] A security alarm went off around 2:30 a.m., and a call to emergency services was placed at around 2:40 a.m. No injuries have been reported.[13][14] Seiden, Hokuden, Nanden and Bandokoro were completely destroyed.[15] According to domestic news sources, "Six castle buildings occupying some 4,200 square meters in total were gutted."[16][17] The fire was put out around 1:30 p.m.[18]”

2.0 At the time the alarm went off, that is at 230 AM local time, a 5.4 MM (moment magnitude) earthquake was caused by World Dam Dynamics at 133km NW of Kota Ternate, Indonesia:

This caused a shock temperature input almost immediately at Shiru Castle of more than 1 million degrees Celsius: The total worldwide Dam Content Change at this instant was 0.018409 BCM(Billion Cubic Meters). The corresponding change in the vertical force acting at the centre of Gravity of the World’s dams is 1.80594E+11. This creates a bending moment of 6.21008E+17 Nm at the Shiru Castle located at

The 4200 square meter caste up to 10 m depth  requires an energy input of 4.62E+11

J/K .  Thus if  all the suddenly applied shock water moment input of 6.21E17 Nm was converted to heat input suddenly applied by the dams, the result is a shock input temperature rise of the castle of 1344173.7 K or about 1.34 million degrees Celsius!

Penstock Tunnel Burst at Koppili Hydro Station on 6 October 2019 at 2302 hrs UTC

WORLD DAM DYNAMICS CAUSED ASSAM’s KOPPILI HYDRO STATION PENSTOCK BURST ON 6 OCTOBER 2019 at 23:02 UTC

The penstock tunnel burst at the Koppili Hydroelectric station, submerging the power house and trapping the staff inside on 7 October 432 AM IST or at 2302 UTC on 6th October 2019. In view of great uncertainties of the phenomenon, I apply the precautionary principle and arrive scientifically at the following line of progressive destruction of the penstock tunnel. World Dam Dynamics suddenly applied bursting shear force and water moment inputs by causing earthquakes great and major at various points of time from 1 January 2019 to 6th October 2019 as shown by the following Figures:

1.       Great earthquake of 8 MM moment magnitude on 27 May 2019 at 22:55 hrs UTC caused a shock bursting shearing input of more than 10000 m62 rupture area of the tunnel:
2.       A 7.3 MM moment magnitude great earthquake caused a bursting shearing input area of  some 1500 m^2 shearing area input on 15 June 2019 at 22:55 UTC:

3.       We are really lucky that such great and major beyond design basis inputs occurred caused by Dam content changes which caused earthquakes through World Dam Dynamics  and still the hydro station  seemingly escaped unscathed. There were three more major earthquakes greater than 7 MM magnitude also resulting in sheared area inputs of similar magnitude, one of 7.3 MM magnitude on 24th June 2019 at Saumlaki, Indonesia, one of 7.1 MM magnitude on 6th July 2019 and one on 14 July 2019 of 7.2 MM magnitude, interspersed by a number of strong earthquakes.

4.       Koppili also experienced a number of earthquakes in its neighbourhood from January 2019 till finally luck ran out and the penstock ruptured on 7 Oct 2019:
