PERFECT DESIGNS

Perfect designs are those which allow you to design around the Unknowable. Nuclear programmes, dams and in fact modern civilisation transgress rudely this principle driven by greed. We reap what others sow: The Three Mile Islands, the Chernobyls, the Fukushimas and others on the drawing board. Dams cumulatively by direct heating up of the earth cause earthquakes and tsunamies and climate change. Live contented with what you can do without perfect mass murders by realising you are part of nature.

Rigging up air quality indices for Chembur and Navi Mumbai on Earth Day April 22 2016?

Did Navi Mumbai and Chembur somehow know that today is earth day 22 April 2016 and they better behave?

PM 2.5 limit is 60 micrograms per cubic meter. The smaller PM_2.5 were particularly deadly, with a 36% increase in lung cancer per 10 μg/m3 as it can penetrate deeper into the lungs.[8(Wikipedia)]
See that from 24 March 2016 till 21 April 2016 the PM levels were always much above this limit for both Chembur and Navi Mumbai.
